Who we are
Trusted Partners was conceived in 2018 by Philip Cowdell and Zach Schwitzky in response to the rapidly emerging threat landscape of malicious propaganda and Information Activities (IA) by rogue actors. These threats include foreign information manipulation and interference (FIMI), inauthentic content and activity, false narratives, and election interference.
Incorporated in 2019, Zach is a serial technology and data science entrepreneur and Phil, a media and communications veteran. As respective Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in how to categorize malign content and to create communications counter-measures Zach focused on technology and product development and Phil on communication models and client consulting, In 2020 Milhem Calderon and AnaMarissa Jimenez joined the team. Milhem is a Subject Matter Expert (SMEs) in human influence operations, linguistics and detection, while AnaMarissa is a Subject Matter Expert (SMEs) in data-driven message distribution and business operations.
These four Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) married their expertise across the fields of Data Science, Analytics and Detection with Communications, Media, and Messaging to deploy proprietary cognitive artificial intelligence (AI). Cognitive AI effectively identifies and assesses potential information-based threats and FIMI, mitigates information risk, builds organizational resilience, and advises on and deploys countermeasures. Zach, Phil, Milhem and AnaMarissa are supported by a purpose-driven team of analysts, data scientists, program managers, researchers, writers and designers,
Trusted Partners currently deploys cognitive AI on a range of engagements across government, NGO/Charities and private sector clients. Typical threat sources include foreign actors (with investigations and analytics focused on Russia, China, Saudi Arabia, and Iran), domestic violent extremists, criminal organizations, and rogue individuals.
Trusted Partners has expanded its original capability to encompass a broad range of Information Defense, Application Development (DevSecOps), Information Technology, Custom Research, Data Analytics, Data Science, Program Management, Consulting, and Organization Resilience Support Services, and will continue to innovate and evolve as additional threats emerge.
